Anitha Dutta: no in that case I would like to remind you that by virtue of the Shimla convention of 1914 on Tibet schedule No 6 of the same treaty absolves the ROC or your predecessor state of rights held under article III of the aforementioned Calcutta convention of 1890
Anitha Dutta: your Excellency I thought that the PRC does not recognize any “Unequal Treaties”

Anitha Dutta: but we here in India stand by the International law of application of former treaties
The chinses ambassador was stunned to silence and heard all this

“ your excellency we both know why you have done this it is to save your ally Pakistan from the utter destruction we are putting it through let’s cut to the chase shall we”
Ms Tina Han li spoke for the first time scinces the Tibetan convention speech by the Indian foreign minster
“We support Pakistan because you shelter the leader of the Dali clique in your borders “
To which the Indian Foreign minister countered “His Holiness hasn’t even taken a leaf against the state of China and yet you are scared of him
But that aside we both know that a war at this moment is not in both of our best intrest and not only that think about our people and their dreams and aspirations

As the Indian US relations had grown expontatly during the current admisntartion Ambassador Zadok was warmly recived and all protocol extended to him
