Due to the rumours of the presence of the Ghost soldiers who are eating away the resources of the Afghan military as accused in last several months, the Afghan Government has come with a new plan to check out the corruption in the police and the armed forces through the introduction of the Biometrics in to the armed forces barracks and the outposts with a centralilzed data bank.
The incident comes after the US complained that thousands of non existing soldiers teachers, policemen are being paid salaries by the US government and its funds.
When the delegation of the inspection went to record inspect the complaints the local commanders fighting the taliban have gathered their supporters and have showned them as the fighting soldiers. In a move to prevent these situations the Afghan government now is going to take the Biometrics of the soldiers during recruit and to monitor their movements even in and out of the posts. This method is expected to give theAghan government the exact details of the soldiers to prevent corruption.
